An authorized dealer did a recall repair on my vehicle without my explicit consent. Not verbally nor in writing. Completion of said repair resulted in a botched outcome. Service manager was made aware but did not remedy the situation.
The vehicle was purchased used on 8/5/26 with no problems or recalls.
