Center row seat back unexpectedly fell back and seat would slide back and forth. It is dangerous because the seatbelt is attached to the seat. The contact owns a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated that upon putting the transmission into reverse in order to back up the vehicle, the center console display for the reverse back up camera will not function and a black screen was displayed, no warning lights were illuminated. When negotiating a curve the steering will lock to the right and must be manually adjusted by turning the wheel. A firm grip must be kept on the wheel so as not to over compensate for this issue. This has been happening for several months.
