On April 2nd I took my vehicle into the dealer for recall servicing. After leaving the dealer I had my vehicle inspected the next day by a third party repair shop and my brake caliper was missing the main bolt that connects to the brake pad. Brake pads were also less than 5% wear remaining. Myself and others were put in serious danger if my brakes had failed due to this serious oversight and disregard. My suspension …
Manually have to unlock the shifter to put into gear with a key and the steering wheel is at 90 degrees all the way to the right and won't move back to standard positioning while driving.
The contact owns a 2014 Infiniti Q50. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the steering wheel felt loose and made an abnormal knocking sound while making a turn.
