While driving on the road at/or about 45 mph to my workplace, the transmission gave out and lost forward momentum. I had the transmission serviced for its second serivce at 84705 miles just ten days before this happened. The first service occurred around 47k miles when I learned about this issue with Chevrolet transmissions.
As I accelerated after the traffic light turned green the vehicle stalled. I was able to move the vehicle to the curb on XXX [XXX] is a two-way road. The vehicle stalled while on an active road which could have led to my vehicle being rear ended causing potential injuries to myself and other drivers.
