Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2013 Porsche Panamera. The contact discovered a mileage discrepancy after the purchase. The vehicle was a private sale. At the time of the purchase, the vehicle's mileage was 80,000. It was later discovered that the mileage was approximately 180,000.
Horn does not function. There have been multiple times where I was nearly run off the road or had to quickly change lanes because another driver was not paying attention and I could not tell them I was there without my horn. The problem has been confirmed by the Porsche dealer I purchased the vehicle from and stated it would be more than $800 to replace the horn. They stated there is no way of fixing it and it would …
I purchased the above-referenced car in July 2020 almost immediately after purchase the indicator light came on with Chasis failure and the car lowered to a safe distance to the ground. Unbeknownst to me the car had been declared unsafe to drive previously. The airbags had been deployed and placed backward the front sensors were painted over and not operable.
