The 8Y is one of the Byd entries the open record knows by name, and by little else. That is not nothing: a name in the catalogue is where a car's story starts to be recoverable.
Family and rivals
Its Byd stablemates include the BYD 8TT and the BYD Atto 2.
The record
The open record for the 8Y carries no verified engine, output, weight or price yet. MotorJury does not fill gaps with guesses; this entry gives the model a home in the catalogue and grows as sourced specifications and photographs arrive. Corrections: corrections@motorjury.com.
