Editor's note
Avoid the 2013 Edge, which scores 42 on 2,442 owner complaints, and the 2017, which scores 35 on 1,314, the lowest of the fourteen years on record. Buy a 2014, which scores 85 on 381 complaints, or a 2020 to 2024, which score between 82 and 90 with no year above 312 complaints. Read the full note on the model page. 2021 specifically: a year the record favours — 107 complaints, score 82/100. The caveats in the note apply to other years of this nameplate more than to this one.
