The headlight went dim and put in new but that didn’t work for long now I can’t drive at night can’t see road. Only had less than 2 years
the headlights are so dim that the car is not usable at night. I was told by the Cadillac dealership that this is a known problem with GM/Cadillac. The low beam gets so hot that it turns the reflectivity of the chrome to gray. The fix is to replace both right and left headlight assembly.
The contact owns a 2015 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated that while driving at 60 MPH, they struck a hog in a T-boned crash. The vehicle was towed to an autobody facility. After the crash, the airbag signal turned off. The driver noticed smoke emerging from the front of the vehicle, but no fire was present. A police report was filed.
