The Subaru G4e is a 5-door hatch from Subaru.
The story
The Subaru G4e is a concept electric car developed by Japanese automaker Subaru in conjunction with Tokyo utility TEPCO as a possible successor to the R1e. It was unveiled at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show.
Under the skin
The record carries the shape — a 5-door hatch. The engine, output and weight have not yet reached the open record, and MotorJury does not guess at them.
Its place in the line
Its family tree is legible: it took over from the Subaru R1e. Nearby in the Subaru catalogue sit the Subaru Chiffon and the Subaru Lucra.
