“Cvt transmission failing, started @ 113000 miles, trying to work with Infiniti consumer affairs, they have required me to bring the car into their shop for diag. When i purchased the vehicle 2/26/2022, include with the car was an extended warranty for 6 years unlimited miles. “Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2019 Infinity QX60. The contact discovered a mileage discrepancy after the purchase. The vehicle was a dealer sale. At the time of purchase, on February 25, 2022, the mileage was 59,607. It was later discovered that the mileage on the Title was 116,134. No warning, no messages, no smells, nada - took auto in for scheduled 60,000 mile service at dealer and provided $4,100 estimate for repair - see attached.
