“The Vehicle has developed this problem: the passenger-side door will not lock or unlock using either the key fob or the interior power-lock switch and has to be operated manually. Because the same failure has occurred on two consecutive model years, I am concerned this may be a recurring door-lock actuator defect rather than normal wear.
