The contact stated that while driving 30 MPH, all the air bags inside the vehicle except the steering wheel air bag, inadvertently deployed, without the vehicle being involved in a crash. After the air bags deployment, the seat belts were no longer operating normally. There was no air bags warning light illuminated before the failure.
