“The head rest of the second row broke and will not return to its upright position. It happened when we putting the seat in the stow position. Having the headrest sticking into your neck is very dangerous so we basically lost a seat in our vehicle. We can choose to remove the headrest, which is a danger for whiplash OR repair it.
