The contact stated that while driving at 69 MPH on the freeway, when the contact attempted to switch lanes and the vehicle spun independently, causing her to collide with another vehicle on the front driver side. The contact mentioned her rear bumper detached from the vehicle. No air bags deployed. The contact did not sustain any injuries. No medical attention was required.
