“The contact owns a 2014 Buick Lacrosse. The contact stated that after the vehicle was turned off, residual electrical power activated in the vehicle. The power windows and sunroof remained operational, and the instrument panel remained activated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, who diagnosed that the driver's door window switch was faulty and needed to be replaced; however, the vehicle was not repaired.
