In the owners’ words

“Driving at 30mph and all the dashboard lights turned on and all the warnings kept popping on the dashboard and 30 seconds later the brakes were not working when I was approaching a busy intersection. I was able to pump the brakes and stop the vehicle and put it in park and the vehicle shut off and nothing would work - not even the hazard lights. The vehicle is currently at the dealership being assessed.”NHTSA complaint, 2025 Buick Enclave owner
“I was driving and a variety of failure warnings popped up on my screen along with a total brake failure, unable to stop, had to coast until the vehicle was no longer moving. No accident resulted, but it could have been very serious. Mechanics diagnosed it as a loose battery cable.”NHTSA complaint, 2025 Buick Enclave owner
“The brakes make a squealing noise when backing up and this has been reported on many 2025 enclaves. There is also a repeated clicking noise after turning the vehicle off.”NHTSA complaint, 2025 Buick Enclave owner
